A2Z Noodle n Rice has opened their business at Burgundy Street and we habe engaged a chef with more than 25 years of cooking experience.

Our Chef MR ANTHONY TAN has previously worked with the chinese RESTAURANT of Kuala Lumpur Hilton Hotel in Malaysia before moving to Melbourne in the eighties. He has been spending time over the past years adapting spicy Malaysian hawker style cooking to suit both the Australian and Asian palate alike.

Today, he can proudly say that not only his noodle dishes, but also his special rice dishes have been well received by everyone's taste buds with praise.
